A new seafood market is being constructed on the itneramerican highway just 1 KM west of Santa Clara residences entrance.  The market will feature some of the areas fresh seafood catches daily and will be used to help the local fishermen distribute their goods.  This is great news for the owners of Santa Clara Residences since they will be able to bike over in the mornings and pick some fresh lobster, corvina, snapper or even giant prawns which are regular catch in the area!
